How to register GetMyDrivers?
To register the product, please follow the steps below:

Launch GetMyDrivers.

Click on the Register Now option on the top right corner of the program screen.

In the new window that opens, copy and paste your email id and license key in the respective fields.

Click on the Register Now button.
The program will be registered.
Now you can use the full version and update the latest drivers on your PC.

Select the backup of the respective date and click on Load Backup button.

Now, check mark the device driver you wish to restore and click on Restore button.
This will roll back to the previous driver.
How to restore the backup of the previous drivers?

Can I select all drivers for update instead of updating them individually?
It may be possible you are using the free version of the product. To access the ability to select all drivers for update, please purchase a license key and register the program. You will then have access to select the Update All button.
GetMyDrivers shows some outdated drivers but does not update them.
It may be possible you are using the free scan-only version of the product.
You can only view the outdated drivers in the free scan-only version.
To update the outdated drivers, please purchase a license key and register the program; you can then update to the latest drivers.
How to add incompatible drivers to the exclusion list?
To add incompatible drivers to the exclusion list, please follow the steps below:

Perform a driver scan by clicking on the Scan Now button.

From the scan results, click on the Ignore option below the driver you wish to exclude.
On subsequent scans, the drivers added to the exclusion list will not be displayed in the scan results and will not be updated.
Not able to update the drivers. Get the error message "Check your internet connection" even though internet is working fine.
Please add adu.exe to the allow list/exclusion list of your firewall/anti-virus and then try to update the drivers again, it should work.
How to take a full backup of the existing system drivers?
To take the backup of the existing drivers, please follow the steps below:

Launch GetMyDrivers.

Now, click on the Backup tab.

Here, select the type of backup you wish to take, whether a full backup or backup of specific drivers and click Next.

If you chose full backup, the backup will begin. If you chose to take a backup of specific drivers, a list of drivers will be shown and you can check mark the drivers you wish to back up.
How to disable GetMyDrivers from launching at startup and running a scan?
To disable GetMyDrivers from launching at startup, please follow the steps below:

Launch GetMyDrivers.

Click on the Settings > General tab and uncheck the setting "Launch at Windows startup and start a driver scan".

Click on the Apply button to save the settings.
This will disable the program from launching at Windows startup.
